I took this picture the summer before last just outside of Florence, Italy at a small Vineyard where my grandmother and I went wine tasting. For Valentine's Day with my boyfriend we went wine/ chocolate tasting which reminded me of my Italian wine tasting experience. Anyhow, when I went for Valentine's Day I learned something unusual that I had no idea about and that was: when having chocolates with different percentages of coco in them along with a taste of red wine, the coco causes the wines' taste to change with the different amounts of coco. It was rather interesting and very true, as with each different chocolate we tasted, the wines flavor would also change. Well hey, you learn something new everyday don't ya and who would've thought this would be it? Monday, February 16, 2009
Go Wine Tasting (If you're of age of course)
