


If you're stressed out or need to relax and have time to yourself, take a walk. Go to a park, or just take a walk up the street, around the block or whatever. I go on walks or to the park several times a week with my puppy. A walk is peaceful and gives you time to think and reflect. When I get back home I always feel refreshed, re-energized and often inspired by nature's beauty. I feel empowered and ready to take on anything. So go on a walk and think of it as a mini getaway, because it is if you let your imagination take you there. The pictures are my favorite places to go walking...my puppy included.
